The Invisible String Activities
What you’ll need:
- Dear Zoo Activities Printable
- Coloring Pencils/ markers
- Scissors
- Glue
Activity 1: Craft
Print out and copy the heart activity sheets. Children color the hearts, draw pictures of their loved ones on one side of the heart, then write their names on the other side. Teacher connects the smaller hearts with the big hearts with string.
Activity 2: ACTIVITY sHEET
How to use this resource:
Print out and copy the activity sheets. Children complete the worksheet by drawing a picture of themselves and their loved ones, then write the names of their loved ones and color.
Activity 2: Story Elements
Print out and copy the activity sheets. Children either draw the pictures or write it down. The answers are as follows:
Characters: Jeremy, Liza, Mom, Uncle Brian, a submarine captain, an astronaut, a traveler).
Setting: The twins bedroom, Problem: Fear of being alone or far away from loved ones. Solution: The Invisible String
