Activity 1: Sequencing

How to use this resource:
Cut out the pictures and paste them in the correct order, which is: 1 – young boy, 2 – crown of leaves, 3 – teenager, 4 – tree gives apples, 5 – young adult man, 6 – wants a house, 7 – older adult man, 8 – wants a boat, 9 – elderly man, 10 – stump
Activity 2: Class Book

How to use this resource:
Print out and copy the activity sheets. Children draw a picture of what they like to do under the tree, then write about it. Assemble the book, then read back to the class.
Activity 3: Comprehension

How to use this resource:
Print out and copy the activity sheets. 1st Activity: Children color the correct pictures. 2nd Activity: Children draw pictures or write about why/ why not the boy is a good friend to the tree.
