How to use this Resource:
Print out and copy the activity sheets. Children cut out the apples and paste them in the correct order. The bigger pictures can be laminated for re-use as a center activity, or during Morning Meeting Time.

Ten Apples Up on Top: Sequencing

Cut out the pictures and paste on the numbers worksheet to sequence and re-tell ‘Ten apples up on top’ by Dr. Suess. The order is as follows:
1 – One, two, apples up on top,
2 – Three, four, apples up on top,
3 – Five apples up on top,
4 – Six, seven apples up on top,
5 – Eight apples up on top while skating,
6 – Nine apples up on top while drinking milk,
7 – Ten apples up on top,
8 – A bear with a mop said, ‘Get Lost!’,
9 – They want the apples too!,
10 – Nobody can stop our apple fun.,
11 – Then, ‘Boom! Crash!, Apples gone!
