What you need:
- Laminator
- Color posters printed, laminated and cut out
How to use this resource:
Read the story to the children. When the story is done, talk about it.
When the discussion is over, show the children the color posters. Ask them to look around them to find some objects of each color. Alternatively, the children can all run and touch the same color.

What you need:
- Mini-books printed out, copied and assembled (one per child)
- Glue
- Coloring pencils
- Scissors
How to use this resource:
Ask the children to trace the number words and to color the pictures. Children try and ‘read’ the color words by looking at the beginning sounds. They then cut out the pictures and glue it onto the correct pages and then color the shoes.
