What you need:

- Coloring pencils/ markers
Ready for the activity:
Read the story or watch the read-aloud on YouTube. When you are done, ask the children if they can remember what Mouse saw at school on his first day. Write the words for these objects on the whiteboard.
Ask the children if they can remember in which order Mouse saw these objects. Read the book again and write numbers next to the words in the order that Mouse saw the objects. Children can complete the cut-and-paste activity now.
