The Fruits & Veggies Themed Activities were perfect for this time of year, Spring Time! The children loved learning about plant parts we eat, making a food journal, observing plants growing, pretending to visit a fruits & veggies shop and drawing and painting vegetables. The Fruits & Veggies Themed Riddle Cards are great for developing vocabulary and comprehension skills.
Fruits & Veggies Themed Riddle Cards
What you need:
- Riddle Cards printed out and laminated
- A flat surface
How to complete the activity:
Place all the riddle cards face down in the middle of the circle. Children take turns to pick it up, then give it to the teacher. Teacher reads what’s on the card. The first child that guesses the correct fruit/ veggie keeps the cards.
