How to use this resource:
Read the story, or watch the read-aloud on YouTube here. When you are done, ask the children if they can remember why the Pigeon was so nervous about going to school.
When the children name the different things the Pigeon was nervous about, write the words on the board. Talk about the beginning and ending sounds of each word.
